The left chest logo is the top logo which reads "USMC" under the eagle, globe and anchor. The full back logo has "North Carolina Marine" as an overlay on the EGA. The tar heel is underneath. You can get the shirt in only black. The logos are white on the left chest and multi-colored on the back.
